Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 14 days of delivery to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original House Of Vian box and dust bag, ensuring all tags remain attached and the soles are protected.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your delivery address at a time convenient for you.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
